Shipping policy

Small-medium sized paintings and sculpture will ship between 1-3 business days after your order is placed. Items ordered together may not arrive in the same box. When your order ships, we will send you a confirmation email with the tracking information. Please check your spam folders if you are unable to find this email. We are unable to edit shipping addresses once your order has shipped.

Works larger than 30” or >25 lbs. will require custom shipping arrangements. Once checkout is complete, please allow 24-48 hrs. to receive delivery information and any shipping amendments for special handling or installation. Oversize paintings requiring hand-built crates and orders shipping from our artist's studios will ship between 1-3 weeks after your order is placed.

You will not be charged for any shipping amendment until your quote is approved and your order ships. Insurance and installation are the responsibility of the buyer, however Komo can assist with providing either at an additional cost. If you would like to receive your custom shipping quote before purchase, contact hello@komoart.com with your complete delivery address and we will respond in 24-48 hrs.

Our custome delivery partner will reach out to you 1-3 days before delivery to schedule a time window that works. On delivery day, our delivery partner will bring the item into your room of choice, unpack and install it if needed for an extra charge, and discard the packaging materials if you request it. (If you might want to return it, make sure to keep the packaging.)

To ensure a smooth delivery process, please measure the height, width, and depth of doorways, hallways, stairwells and elevators leading into your home. The dimensions of our products are listed on our product pages in inches and centimeters for your reference. Our delivery partners are not able to remove existing artwork or furniture at the time of delivery. For a smooth delivery experience, please arrange for removal of any existing artwork or furniture prior to your delivery date.

If you need to reschedule your delivery, contact us @hello@komoart.com or reach out directly to your local delivery agent with your tracking information as soon as possible. If you miss your delivery, a redelivery fee may apply, depending on your location.
